Unifi, in North Carolina, recycles synthetic waste to produce our Recycled Polyester and Recycled Nylon fibers.
Unifi Repreve fibers are certified for recycled content by Scientific Certification Systems (SCS), are Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified and are GRS (Global Recycle Standard) certified.
Lenzing produces lyocell Tencel and Modal. Our fibers are specifically ordered from their US factory in Alabama.

Our fibers are specially blended and spun by Unifi and Shuford Yarns for Teddy Locks.
Shuford Yarns is a family run operation in North Carolina. We work directly with them and regularly visit the facilities. All of their products are CAFTA, NAFTA, and Berry Amendment Compliant.
Our yarns are dyed by Unifi and Spartan Dyers. Spartan Dyers is a local, family business based near Charlotte.
North Carolina Department of Public Health requires high levels of waste water treatment.
We knit all of our socks at Robinwood Enterprises - a family run operation that is dedicated to helping the community. Here we use green certified knitting machines and save our yarn off-cuts for recycling.
Our socks are all washed and pressed in North Carolina at a female run local business. During the finishing process we avoid the use of detergents and skip the drying stage to save energy.
Even our sock bands are cut and printed in North Carolina. While all of our packaging, from the stickers and tissue paper to the mailers and labels, is made from 100% recycled materials and can be recycled. We choose paper based packaging because it is globally more readily recycled.
